前言Foreword
2017Domestic distributor Award Ceremony holding in Shanghai,
I was very honored to be one of them.
we have the first time to come together in this year,since we took part in 25year anniversary in 2017.
As a member of the ELE abrasives distributors team.
I attended many conference and visited different exhibition site ,but i was so excited to calm down when I come back .To provide more powerful product and service, ELE always innovate in digging out customer personalized requirement ,product researching and marketing service .It is very proud of cooperating with ELE Abrasives .
I was undoubtedly shocked by gathering in Shanghai again.
It was an unspeakable pleasure when I was invited to share this trip with everyone here ,but it was so sorry for waiting me due to my delay in return.

ELE dealership award ceremony was held in Ramada Hotel Shanghai On March 29th, 2018. President Zou Yanling made a keynote speech on the topic of “Ju·Chuang·Qin Cultivating|Caring|Innovation|Sharing” and once again gave me full strength and confidence in the road of cooperation withELE. I listened very carefully and took notes.
She said that in recent years, the state has formulated three “ten articles” for the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution, water pollution, and soil pollution. It has also vigorously cleaned up some enterprises in the industry that have relatively serious pollution problems. This has also promoted the cleaning of the abrasives industry. This cleaning is both a crisis and an opportunity. We must seize the opportunity to transform our strategic thinking in the continuous development of our business, which will greatly benefit the long-term healthy development of the abrasives industry.
When all of our peer companies and distributors are both annoyed by meagre profits and malicious price competitions and lose their ways, president Zou proposes a brand new development concept of "strategy is 'show' instead of 'war'". The strategy is for the better development of enterprises, rather than defeat the competition of competitors; the essence of competition is for the better of all parties, and the original intention of strategy is to avoid competition. At the same time,she appeal to everyone: The company's innovation is to "change lanes and overtake"; the strategic innovation is to open a new runway!
President Zou also shared how the ELE grinding tool can new runways and continue to write new chapters in product technology, service construction, brand value, and innovative O2O models from four dimensions-intensive cultivation, caring, innovation, and sharing.
Regarding the new retail concept of “Online+Offline+Logistics” proposed by Ma Yun a year ago, President Zou believes that whether it is traditional retailing or new retailing, it is to provide insights into the potential needs of customers and provide quality and targeted products and service.And under the premise of insight into the needs of customers, we must dig deep into its “new” nature—new image storefronts, new consumer groups, and new consumer experiences.ELE takes care of both the inside and the outside of itself and once again pushed the product and sales service to a new height.

From March 29 to March 31, 2018, it was the time for the 32nd China International Hardware Expo. As a member of the dealership team that conspires with the ELE, it naturally pays close attention to the products it brings at the show. Came to the site of Hall 6 of the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center,you can see the ELE's booth at the entrance hall.
The booth design of ELE has been prominent in many exhibitors over the years, and the scene is full of people. I think this is closely related to it as an industry leader who has pioneered and paid great attention to the customer experience.
Concise but not simple, the details of the scene interpret the ELE's slogan of "Simply achieve the ultimate, innovation becomes the norm".
Seeing the small table not only put on sweets and snacks, but also the sweet and fragrant bellflowers, I felt relax after spending a few days in Shanghai.
Many customers are very popular with the large cutting discs of Gold elephant. The gold cans and green cans with super thin products which launched on the 25th anniversary of last year have been consistently receiving high attention and love from consumers since the spring of this year.
Comprehensive Chinese, Japanese and German technologies, brave words of subversion of traditional resin cutting type, the efficient and environmentally friendly Schmid tool, ELE’s high-tech products, which have been more detailed introduction in the external publicity materials . After launched on the market last year, it has attracted more attention, but the price is relatively high.
